Max Handy Limited shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of the information contained in any of the materials used in the website. You should check the page often to read any changes we may have made to our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any goods and/or promotions without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason the website becomes unavailable at any time or for any period.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive e-mail confirmation with the details of your order. When you place an order with eyemasked.co.uk, you are seeking to enter into a contract with Max Handy Limited.

Access and database/prohibitions
All rights, including copyright, in the website are owned or licensed to Max Handy Limited. Any use of the website or its contents, including copyright or storage in whole or part, other than for personal use, is strictly prohibited.

Methods of Payment
Eyemasked.co.uk does not receive or store any debit or credit card information. All payments are made through PayPal.co.uk and Moneybookers.com. The payment processor used depends on the payment processor you select at checkout. Both PayPal and Moneybookers accept all major debit and credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo and American Express. If you have an account with PayPal or Moneybookers, you may also pay with your PayPal or Moneybookers account. Any refusal by the issuer of any payment card, will not render Max handy Limited liable for any non-delivery. In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you may also cancel your order where applicable.

Pricing, Availability and Product Information
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. The total amount of the order is the price of the goods ordered plus any postage and packing charges. We have made every effort to accurately display the colours of our goods on our website. However, the colours you see depend on the settings of your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor will accurately reflect the colours of our goods. All descriptions and prices of products appearing on our website are correct at the time the information is entered into the database. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been entered onto our website incorrectly including prices and promotions. Prices are subject to change without notice. All goods offered on the eyemasked.co.uk website are subject to availability. Backorders may be placed and you will be informed by email when they become available for dispatch.

Delivery
If you reside in the USA or Canada, we regret to inform you that we cannot process your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming dispatch. All orders are delivered by the Royal Mail. All Royal Mail procedures and policies are followed as detailed at royalmail.com. Customs Charges
Goods ordered from eyemasked.co.uk for delivery overseas may incur import duties and taxes, which are levied at the destination. In addition to import duties and taxes, any additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies and charges vary from country to country. International packages are subject to inspection by customs authorities.
