All orders are delivered by the Royal Mail. All Royal Mail procedures and policies are followed as detailed at royalmail.com.
All orders are dispatched First Class within 72 hours after payment has been completed, unless otherwise stated on the website. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming dispatch.
Please note that we will deliver to any country within the European Union. However, if you reside in the USA or Canada, we regret to inform you that we cannot process your order.
